**Overview / Purpose of the Role**:
The Role sits within the Agency & Lending function, which is responsible for a diverse portfolio of syndicated/large scale bilateral loans from start to closing until final maturity date. This includes project financings, leveraged transactions, stand-by facilities, acquisition financings, restructurings, workouts etc. for multinational clients.
You will be part of a small, dynamic and a highly motivated team.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
The primary responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:

- Coordinating Closing Process of new syndicated loans as agent and/or participating lender incl. Funds Flow Management
- As DB representative/expert being part of discussions around closing mechanics/timing together with borrower, external & internal lawyers, arrangers, syndicate banks
- Advisory functions for borrower, arranger and syndicate for loan queries
- Setting-up transaction in Loan IQ
- Being part of local and global agency and lending projects and initiatives
- Ensuring close cooperation with your product partners and relevant stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- University degree in business administration/economics or comparable working experience
- Advances analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail, strong proofreading skills of legal documents
- Experience in the international syndicated loans market with extended product knowledge
- Profound MS Office experience / experience in Loan IQ is an asset
- Experience in projects / lending products is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and business orientation
- Ability to multitask different topics and prioritize against tight timelines
- Strongly self-motivated and structured work approach
- Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong team spirit and ability to establish a solid network in an international, diverse and dynamic environment
- Result orientation
- German and English are required
