In order to support and strengthen our Talent Management Department, we are actively looking for a entrepreneur, well-organized and proactive **Talent Management Assistant (M/F)**

**Amongst your tasks**:
You will assist the Resource Allocation & Talent Manager in the elaboration and maintenance of the Fujitsu learning framework, including skill profiles, training catalogs and individual training plans for employees, as well as all related administrative tasks.

You will liaise with SME to ensure target skills and proposed trainings are aligned with local market requirements and global strategy trends, and also facilitate smooth communication with Career Advisors and employees.

You will contribute to having accurate data and intelligence that will serve to identify opportunities for upskilling and career progression.

A passion for career development and learning, strong organizational and communication skills are a prerequisite.

We are looking for someone with a pro-active and driven mindset, who is eager to bring own ideas and work as a team.

**What will you accomplish?**

Reporting & Administration:

- Monitoring and follow-up actions on ongoing trainings / learning improvement actions
- Maintenance of dashboards on learning and career activities, used for reporting and decision making
- Ensuring data is complete, up-to-date and reliable for BI-usage
- Liaise with Sourcing / Employees to ensure follow-up on CV improvement actions
- Procedures and workflow improvements

Support the Learning Framework:

- Assist in defining the learning strategy in collaboration with the Talent Manager & Practice leaders
- Development of standard learning curriculums & career paths
- Development of individual learning plans
- Liaise with SME's to gather required information to maintain and update training catalog and skill profiles
- Contribute (and maintain) documentation, guides presentations and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

**Who are we looking for?**

Mandatory Expertise and skills:

- A first confirmed experience in training field
- Organized and pro-active
- Team player and also able to work independently
- Very High social and communication skills
- Strong knowledge in Office 365 tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Use pivots & lookup functions in Excel
- Excellent command of French and English

Highly appreciated Expertise and skills:

- Writing macros in Excel / VBA is an asset
- SharePoint & MS Lists (basic level or better)
- Power Automate (basic level or better)

You have a nice attitude and want to participate to the creation a new growing department

You are able to work as an entrepreneur with the complexity of a big group

Willing to move to Luxembourg and come to work in our office in Capellen with some teleworking flexibility
