The HR Assistant works closely with the HR team to ensure proper follow-up of all HR administrative tasks.

**MISSIONS OF THE ROLE**
- Maintaining, updating and following-up of the staff central files from joining date to leaving date:

- Staff personal folders (HR Files)
- HR database (HRIS)
- Management of the time-clock & vacation process
- Management of illness
- Contribute to the compiling and preparing reports and spreadsheets, updating HR reports
- Contribute to the updating of different HR documentation / policies
- Contribute to the making sure audit requirements are fulfilled

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- **Qualifications / diploma(s)**:Bachelor’s degree in Human resources field or related experience
- **Years of experience in the area**:First experience in HR or in similar role is an asset
- **Technical Competencies**:

- Knowledge of labor law and various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc. is an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office including excellent command of excel
- **Languages**: French and English fluent. Any other language is an asset.
- **Specific skills**:
