This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT) and to drive real change in financial services.
What is the role?
The Content Marketing Associate will be in charge of creating and publishing written or multimedia content to support the LHoFT’s marketing strategy and actions. She / He will report to the Head of Marketing.
The content will be designed to engage the LHoFT’s target audience and raise awareness of Luxembourg’s Finance and Fintech community, contributing to the KPIs enforcing and further developing the organization’s strong online presence and brand. Content may include writing and editing articles, blog posts, social media posts, creating infographics, pictorial and video collateral as well as other forms of creative and appropriate content for use online and/or in print.
The role will involve creating and managing content marketing campaigns and plans aligned with the Marketing strategy of the LHoFT. The Content Marketing Associate will monitor and report on the effectiveness of content collecting appropriate and authorised data to drive greater ROMI.
The Content Marketing Associate will also help managing the LHoFT’s website and social media accounts with the other marketing team members.
The content officer will work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure that the organization’s message is consistent and effective.

The LHoFT Foundation is a public - private sector initiative that drives technology innovation for Luxembourg’s Financial Services industry, shaping the world of tomorrow. The LHoFT connects with and creates value for the entire Luxembourg financial ecosystem; financial institutions, Fintech startups & trailblazers, IT industry, research and academia as well as the regulatory and public authorities.
**Its founding private sector partners are**: BGL BNP Paribas, Clearstream (Deutsche Börse Group), BCEE, Deloitte, Foyer Group, KPMG, POST Luxembourg, Six Payment Services, PwC, Société Générale, Telindus (Proximus Group), and State Street. Other partners of the initiative are the Government of Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the City of Luxembourg and the University of Luxembourg.
**We think the following skills could be useful in the role**:
University degree preferred
At least 2 years’ experience in content creation, perhaps as a journalist or involvement in publishing (print, web, both)
Proven demonstrated ability to write and manage content across social media channels
Strong English writing and editing skills (examples will be requested)
- Experience in writing blog posts, thought leadership articles, etc
Ability to plan for content creation and distribution (Digital and print)
Experience with analytics and data tracking tools
Knowledge of content management systems and web publishing (WordPress)
Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
Experience with analytics and data tracking tools
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
Knowledge of design and layout software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with video and audio editing software
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property laws
Experience with project management tools and techniques
Experience in practical use of CRM is mandatory.
