**Your Experience**
- Started in performance marketing before moving into a content-focused role
- International experience to assist the sales team launching in new geographies
- Proven track record of working in a SaaS scale-up that has ambitious growth plans
- Able to take ownership of marketing strategies and challenge the CMO Showcase that you have worked with CPO and technical teams to translate updates into relevant content for internal and external use
**Role**
They want someone who can help with two key pillars of their marketing operations: performance and continent marketing. Content marketing will be the more significant part of this role, but because they want to expand internationally, we must first get these processes right. The CMO has mentioned that you will have the autonomy in this role to revamp their website if you think this will add value to the company.
As the business grows, it wants to expand into more international markets, and you will lead this charge by creating and owning strategies. You must have a performance marketing background to review and be critical of new strategy performance. They are a smaller company, so you will have significant ownership of how the processes develop.
The CMO needs someone who can lead improvements in their engagement across all their socials. However, there is a requirement to have someone who can build up their presence on Google and LinkedIn.
