Der Service für unsere Mandanten zeichnet sich durch eine umfassende fachliche Beratung aus, die alle rechtlichen, regulatorischen, steuerlichen und beratenden Aspekte des Business in Luxemburg abdeckt.
Unsere Kanzlei berät nationale und internationale Mandanten in allen Bereichen des Wirtschaftsrechts welche für ihre Geschäftstätigkeit relevant sind, von der Fondsgründung über Bank-, Versicherungsrecht, Private-Equity
- und Immobilienrecht bis hin zu gesellschafts
- und steuerrechtlichen Fragen.
Für unser Büro auf dem Kirchberg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n:
**Compensation & Benefits Officer**:
**In dieser Tätigkeit berichten Sie an den Compensation & Benefits Manager (Team von drei Mitarbeitern) bei folgenden Tätigkeiten, wobei Sie jederzeit Diskretion und Vertraulichkeit gewährleisten**:
- Koordination und Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung für alle Firmen unserer Gruppe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Lohndienstleister:
- Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung;
- Sicherstellung korrekter und rechtzeitiger Zahlung der Gehälter;
- Erstellung von Abrechnungsreports und Berichte an unsere Finanzabteilung;
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung externer und interner Audits z.B. Kontrolle durch die Steuerbehörde;
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter in allen Fragen rund um die Gehaltsabrechnung und dementsprechende Beratung;
- Verwaltung verschiedener Vergütungssysteme (Firmenwagen, Zusatzkrankenversicherung, Rentenversicherung, usw.);
- Unterstützung bei Compensation & Benefits Projekten.
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Personalwesen oder Finanzen;
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position; idealerweise Gehaltsabrechnung;
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil;
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse) und Interesse an Technologien zur Unterstützung des HR-Prozesses;
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und sehr guter Teamgeist;
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung sowie Organisationsvermögen.
