**| Your challenges?**:

- Collaborate with development teams to understand the requirements and design of trading systems.
- Provide expert guidance on the functionality and behavior of trading systems.
- Analyze and assess the impact of market changes and regulatory developments on trading strategies.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of trading algorithms and strategies.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of trading platforms and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the financial markets.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to trading systems, strategies, and financial instruments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of trading strategies with business goals.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Trading System Expert or similar role in the financial industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading processes, and trading systems.
- Expertise in financial instruments, with a focus on ETFs and Bonds.
- Strong understanding of market data, order execution, and trading algorithms.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to trading and financial instruments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or trading are a plus.
