ING Luxembourg, is looking for an Advisory Portfolio Manage(APM)
Your mission:
The mission of the Advisory Portfolio Management (APM) Management department is to:
- Submit investment ideas to the APM team which, if validated on the recommendation list, will then be proposed to clients. Ideas must fall within the recommended Portfolio Management universe.
- Analyze client portfolios in preparation for telephone or face-to-face meetings (in line with management views, diversification rules, buy recommendation list)
- Contact clients at least 1x per quarter or at a frequency determined by the client:
- Proposing investment ideas and convincing clients; the final investment decision, however, rests with the clients ;
- Managers generally contact their customers by telephone; there are regular face-to-face meetings either at ING's premises or at the customer's home.
- Ensuring compliance with risk profile and diversification rules in accordance with the Portfolio Management Charter and Mifid suitability.
- Monitoring the ROA of the accounts under his responsibility; each manager has average ROA targets.
- Assist private bankers in acquiring new clients by making pitches including an analysis of the client's existing portfolio to the competition and promoting our management service, presented by managers during meetings with prospects.
- Communicate internally changes in the recommendation list and operations proposed to customers.
- Monitor monthly advisory campaigns

- University degree (Bac +5), ideally reinforced by CFA, CIIA or MBA.
- At least bilingual (French, English), Dutch is a real assets
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Customer contact experience is essential.
- Bloomberg experience, triple A.
