Luxinnovation is looking for a Project Manager for a cutting-edge EC project connecting the start-ups ecosystem in Ukraine with similar ones in the EU. Our organization is deeply involved in fostering innovation and supporting startups in their journey to become sustainable. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in project and reporting management, shaping the success of this EC project, and making a positive impact on the startup ecosystem and SME networks.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate Work package leaders and task participants, establish reporting system within the work package group and inside Luxinnovation according to EC standards.
- Monitor project performance and prepare comprehensive reports for the Consortium coordinator.
- Oversee the successful implementation of the Luxinnovation tasks in an EU-funded project focused on supporting the startup ecosystem in Ukraine.
- Identify and nurture a pan-European network comprising startup associations, incubators, accelerators, and other pertinent entities involved in the ecosystem in Ukraine and other EU countries.
- Coordinate with diverse and geographically dispersed stakeholders, including EU institutions, partner organizations, start-ups, and SMEs.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing among start-ups and SMEs in a pan-European network.
- Research best practices and prepare proposals for the implementation of the tasks where Luxinnovation is involved.
- Prepare EU Startup Ecosystem Mapping report.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Finance, Business or similar.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a focus on EU-funded projects and startup ecosystems. Knowledge of European Commission (EC) project management processes, with a focus on European Innovation Council (EIC) compliance requirements, and reporting standards is strong asset.
- Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities faced by startups (including deep tech) and SMEs.
- Experience in identifying, engaging, and maintaining a pan-European network.
- Experience in industry reports preparation.
- Strong ability to identify market needs, understand the legal frameworks of different European countries as well as GDPR and IPR.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fast learner, with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic project environment.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
