**Description**:
**Function**
- Daily coordination of site works
- Site meetings and reporting
- Defending the contractual interests of the Owner for all site issues
- Quality assurance for the works
- Performing the necessary checks of the execution
- The practical implementation of the safety measures
- Organization of the acceptances
- Regular safety audits to be performed to assess the safety and quality of the works
- Safety problems anticipation
- Safety plan document to be created for each work with all safety measure to be taken

The construction manager will be responsible for the elaboration, implementation and control of the safety policy defined by the Health and safety coordinator. The requested deliverables are:

- Work preparation and coordination including safety plan documents for each work
- Organization of site meetings
- Organization of site logistics and deliveries
- Quality conformity checks
- Reporting

**Profile**:

- Electromechanical, Construction Engineer
- Several years of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector
- Fluent in French and in English
- Strong communication skills - for liaising with colleagues, subcontractors and workers on site
- Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, for writing and monitoring project plans and schedules and utilising time and resources effectively
- Resilience and problem-solving skills, in order to overcome unexpected challenges during the construction process
- An ability to make decisions under pressure, anticipatory capacity and proactive
- Strong attention to detail for conducting site inspections and managing complex contracts
- An awareness of health and safety procedures and legislation for running a safe construction site
- Commercial awareness to allocate and manage your budget effectively
- IT skills, including knowledge of relevant building methods and project management software to manage information and finances during the project
