**FundPartner Solutions**provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
- As **Transfer Agent**, you will join the **TA Register**’s team.The role of the function is to be responsible for opening investor accounts in the Bank's systems, updating data in our systems and performing daily checks related to our professional anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF) obligations.
**Your role**:
- Set up investor accounts in the Transfer Agent (TA) unit’s systems.
- Configure and update client databases.
- Archive investor documents.
- Handle internal and external requests linked to the client register.
- Improve the current way of working by innovating and to simplifying both finance and operational processes.
**Your profile**:
- Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s / University degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering degree.
- Ideally, 5 years’ of experience in the transfer agent field on a client register and/or AML/KYC team.
- Specific knowledge:
- Knowledge of Fenex software.
- Knowledge of Multifonds software.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulations.
- Knowledge of the different roles in the investment fund industry (custodian bank, transfer agent and fund administration), as well as of the related regulatory framework.
- Experience with Excel advanced functions (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups).
- Language skills:
- Fluent in French and English

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals.
- Ability to creatively solve problems using multiple and variable tools/processes.
