To be based in our Luxembourg office (Kirchberg), we are looking for a:
**Learning Advisor**
**Your role**:
In coordination with the Director of learning & development:
- Acknowledging client requests for learning service;
- Writing and issuing learning service proposals in full coordination with SMEs;
- Following up on acceptance of learning service proposals;
- Briefing learning officers to deliver learning service as per proposals accepted;
- Coordinating Arendt Institute service proposals within One Arendt campaigns;
- Executing Arendt Institute business development strategy;
- Conducting Arendt Institute client’s surveys to listen to client’s needs and gather their feedback;
- Performing quarterly competitive watch;
- Reporting on business evolution on a quarterly basis and annual basis;
- Maintaining project documentation and course folders.
In coordination with our Marketing and Communication Department:
- Marketing the learning services of One Arendt through most appropriate means;
- Developing and maintaining the website pages related to learning information;
- Drafting and publishing the communication support material (flyers, posters and other marketing documents);
- Promoting learning activity through social networks;
- Writing articles to strengthen visibility of Arendt Institute on the market.
**Your profile**:
- You have ideally at least 5 years of professional experience in Business Development ideally in selling professional services;
- A sound knowledge of legal, regulatory and finance services will be a distinctive asset;
- You have a perfect command of French and English (both spoken and written);
- You have a perfect command of MS Office in Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- You are recognised for your influencing skills, your agility and your client empathy;
- You are able to work autonomously and accurately with tight deadlines;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team player and problem solver.
