**Job Content**:
**Activities**:

- Deploying, configuring, maintaining and monitoring Videoconference/Voice Endpoints and core infrastructure.
- Service troubleshooting
- Incident resolution
- Problem management with suppliers and underlying services for the covered domain and services
- Infrastructure monitoring, availability testing and reporting
- Implements changes and service requests when they are not yet automated
- Documentation management
- Project activity Videoconference/VOIP or supporting core services
- Asset Database follow-up and management of managed devices
- Security monitoring for the different services to be covered
- Automation of devices configuration
- Continuous integration

**Location and Timing issues**:

- Provision of the above mentioned services in Luxembourg, with a possibility to work in Brussels about 1 day per month.
- Business hours: 7H-19H => being able to regularly start at 7AM and being able to regularly end at 7PM based on planning with other teammates.
- On-call permanence during nights or weekends based on planning with other teammates

**Profile**:
**Background and technological Requirements**:

- Must fulfil the requirements to obtain an EU security clearance
- Education : BAC +5 in computer sciences or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience relevant to the duties she/he will be responsible for detailed in the activities section.
- Comfortable with most aspects of administration of systems involved in one or more of the domains of videoconference and knowledge and proficiency on:

- Internet technologies : IP, TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, IPSEC
- Network: Routing & switching, firewalls, DMZ
- Virtualization technologies: ESXI Vmware and Vsphere, HP iLO, CIM
- You have a solid understanding of most of the technical aspects and concepts related to the domains of Unified Communication, Telepresence, Video over IP, VoIP, Cisco environment, Linux virtual machines, Linux/Windows servers.
- You ideally have Knowledge and experiences on some of these Videoconference/Unified Communications Technologies:

- H323 and SIP Protocols
- Cisco Unified Call manager
- Cisco Expressways C/E
- CMS servers
- MCUs
- Webex Meeting
- PexIp Inifinity Platform
- Knowledge of Automation (Use of Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, etc) Ability to write scripts using one of the programming language used within the organisation (Perl, Python, Shell, C++, etc) is considered as an advantage
- Any certification in Unified Communication, Webex or Cisco CCNA/CCIE is considered as an advantage
- Experience in delivering in a production environment is considered as an advantage
- Working knowledge, written and spoken of English is a requirement, French desirable.
