Il est responsable de la tenue des comptes et de la supervision de toutes les activités financières liées aux opérations de leasing de la société. Les principales fonctions de ce service comprennent : la gestion des transactions financières, la tenue des comptes, l’établissement des rapports financiers et le suivi des comptes clients (rappels, contentieux).
**Description de la fonction**:
En tant qu’Accounting and Administrative Officer (M/F), votre mission principale consiste à
- Comptabilisation et suivi des paiements clients et fournisseurs
- Assurer le suivi de la facturation : relance - recouvrement (téléphone, mails, courriers,...)
- Suivi des débiteurs douteux en collaboration avec les services de la banque
- Contrôle et validation des nouveaux contrats
- Facturation et suivi des fins de contrat (fin normale ou anticipée)
- Gestion des sinistres (déclaration sinistre, suivi expert - assureur, décompte)
- Participer aux projets relatifs aux fonctions de Finance et Risk et rédaction de procédures
- Préparation des rapports Statec
- Participer aux clôtures comptables

- Connaissances en comptabilité
- Bon esprit d’analyse, pragmatique et de logique
- Proactivité, sens des responsabilités, et autonomie dans son travail
- Bonne connaissance du pack Office (Word, Excel )
- Capacités de communication ; d’adaptation, d’esprit d’équipe et de curiosité intellectuelle
- Expérience et Formation_ :_
- Vous disposez d'une formation Bac + 2 à Bac+3 dans le domaine de la comptabilité et/ou l'administration
- Une première expérience dans un poste similaire est considéré comme avantage
- Langue_s _: Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise indispensable
