Located in the Luxembourg Central Station Area our fast growing partner is looking for an additional Senior Corporate Officer to join a team of ten dedicated to catering to a growing client base. Operating internationally, this PFS has gained a strong reputation in providing high standard corporate services to a broad array of clients with remarkable portfolios (SOPARFIs, PE/RE Funds, large Commercial Companies and so on).

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - Legal - PFS

You outline corporate documentation and agreements related to all the proceedings your portfolio undergoes (financial statements, statements of seat change, articles of association and so on).

You are primarily implicated in the daily corporate dealings of mainly SOPARFIs and PE/RE Funds from constitution to dissolution/liquidation, but not exclusively.

You liaise with all relevant external and internal stakeholders including clients, banks, auditors and administrators etcetera.

You organise, may have to assist board meetings as well as shareholder meetings and draft minutes.

You evaluate the output and performance of junior corporate officers with aim to render them confident and autonomous team members.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer - Legal - PFS

You possess a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role in a local PFS, fiduciary, a Management Company or a Big Four.

You have honed high-level oral and written English skills in an international business context, which allows you to communicate effectively within multicultural teams. The mastery of additional languages constitutes an advantage.

You have acquired a comprehensive knowledge in regulated and non-regulated structures and practice in masterfully administrating Funds.

Your outgoing and service oriented nature guides every interaction with clients and you adopt a client oriented approach.

You consider yourself to be self-aware, technically confident and ready to grow by learning every step of the way. The Management Track is in sight

An annual gross salary up to € 65.000 and a yearly bonus that generally amounts to an additional monthly salary constitutes the extensive compensation package offered by this PFS.
