Production Planner

**We are looking for**:
**Production Planner (M/F/d) in Echternach**:
On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Echternach (L) we are looking for a Production Planner (M/F/d). Your task is to internally plan and analyse Europe-wide orders and to ensure availabilities and deliveries.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

Our client is a renowned company in the automation industry and is one of the world market leaders.

**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service to your clients (internal & external) within the EMEA region
- Problem solving as issues arise on daily basis
- Investigate, monitor, record and resolve client queries
- Manage the customization orders and ensure the material availability
- Ensure the effective planning and its alignment with the delivery schedule
- Be the key liaison point between production, supply chain and customers
- Reporting of activities, KPIs
- Part of the planning process for global materials and products worldwide

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Economics or Business
- Experience in an Order Fulfilment or Production Planning role within a highly technical Engineering / Manufacturing environment, preferably within a multinational group
- Ability to build relationships quickly across very different groups, from highly technical engineers to pure sales people
- Outstanding communication skills are essential in both written and spoken English, another European language is an asset
- Well-structured and with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Multi-national / -cultural, open minded, customer-centric and strong business orientation
- Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously
