A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Logistics department.
**Your responsibilities would include**:
- Creating purchase orders and general agreements
- Handling non-production & production part procurement
- Processing of ramp up scenarios for new products and/or suppliers
- Evaluating supplier delivery performance
- Creating and analysing supplier forecasts
- Monitoring inventory levels for production parts
- Managing material shortage
- Processing end of production parts discontinuation
- Following up on logistics requirement of suppliers and change management
**You would need to meet the following requirements**:
- Completed vocational training as industrial clerk, office clerk or similar
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an equivalent position, automotive experience is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge (MM and/or SD) would be an advantage
- Good organizational and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/or French are considered an asset
