**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero **HQ in Luxembourg**, we are currently looking for the position of **Junior Specialist S&OP Packaging Material Management.**
**Main Responsibilities**:
Thanks to your role, you will manage the S&OP process for packaging forecast needs: you will perform monthly system data analysis, interact with Procurement Packaging and Category Planners, will prepare for and participate in the monthly S&OP Executive meeting to finalize the monthly cycle and agree with Procurement on expected supply solutions/issues to be shared in the Operation Planning meetings to ensure the end-to-end S&OP packaging process.
You will manage for a specific aluminum type a supplier collaboration: share forecasts with the supplier to assure raw material booking, analyze potential bottleneck, criticalities, or overstock, and manage the weekly call offs directly with the supplier.
You will provide budget forecasts for packaging needs, manage Obsolete packaging flow in SAP and be the backup for suppliers’ collaboration for jars glass.
Acting as the central referent for good practices implementation, you will participate in process improvements.
**Who we are looking for**:
You bring a master’s degree in Logistic or Supply Chain and minimum of 2 years of experience in operational planning, material planning or in a Supply Chain related field.
You have knowledge of SAP and SAP BI, and an intermediate level of proficiency in Excel for processing and analyzing data, including pivot tables and formulas.
You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills.
You are well-organized and proactive, demonstrating autonomy and a collaborative team spirit. Your curiosity will drive continuous learning and improvement.
