**About the Role**:
**Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg** is seeking a **FSQ Packaging Area Europe & Subject Matter Expert Coordinator** reporting professionally to the Group FSQ Packaging Manager and managerially to Area FSQ Europe.

In this role, you will** support non-conformities management and lead Food Safety & Quality improvement plans**, driving business continuity activities. You will also **coordinate M&A and 3PO related activities, support gap assessments, and validate roadmaps**. Your contribution will be vital in developing and deploying the Materials FSQ global training program, with a particular focus on the auditors’ population within your perimeter. By merging local and central strategies, you will collaborate closely with various business functions to meet the business needs.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities will include guiding the FSQ Packaging managers and Packaging Matter Expert by **defining priorities, providing operational guidelines, and harmonizing working methods** across regions in line with Group guidelines. Regular visits to the regions will be essential to strengthen local Food Safety & Quality performances. You will coordinate centrally defined action plans at the local level, driving development in agreement with internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop the PS3 Packaging Materials FSQ strategy at the area/regional level and participate in relevant central committees to highlight issues and raise awareness of local needs.

You will **design and organize local governance** to engage internal stakeholders effectively, ensuring the implementation of FSQ requirements that merge central and local needs. Supporting project implementation by defining FSQ compliance specifications and ensuring workflow success at the plant level will be part of your role. **Collaboration with relevant stakeholders will be key **to constantly updating the Packaging regulatory framework and FS standards, supporting minimum sampling plan definitions.

Ensuring the execution of the Audit Plan at the local level and monitoring suppliers through identified KPIs will be crucial. You will **ensure the rollout and acceptance of supplier Food Safety and Quality documentation, identify unresolved issues, and coordinate action plans **with both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating central and local activities for supplier approval and guiding the FCM compliance target among regions/brands will be part of your responsibilities. You will also scout and select suppliers through targeted preventive inspections and assessments of laboratory and industrial samples, compliance assessments, and benchmarking results.

In this position you will also manage Packaging Material Subject Matter Expert (SME) that will imply the **critical nonconformity management and the definition of the material standards** in collaboration with the product development/innovation. The SME are leading the definition, improvement, and modification of Food Safety & Quality Minimum Control Plans. The role will be crucial to **monitor and manage end-to-end material categories**, act as Center of Expertise (at group level) for categories. At the and the SME collaborates in selection of Packaging suppliers with procurement (category/area/region) and DPU (R&D and deploy).

In terms of M&A and 3PO related activities, you will **support integration activities **at both local and central levels concerning Packaging FSQ. You will assist the Group FSQ Packaging in defining M&A working methods and collaborate with competent technical bodies in designing new facilities or modifying existing ones to ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards.
