TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive end to end sourcing & contracting processes in collaboration with Procurement Category team (e.g.. business support)
- Effectively manage Purchase Contracts globally (e.g.., real estate, car leasing) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and in line with Company’s policies
- Support and guide internal stakeholders with selected procedures (e.g.., real estate, car leasing)
- Act as Tender Committee Secretary
- Accurately maintain and update related internal databases
- Assist in raising & maintaining timely Purchase Orders in selected platforms, e.g.., Zycus, SAP, in collaboration with Procurement Operations team
- Assist other team members or stakeholders with additional tasks as required
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or any other relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role with Procurement exposure.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Skilled in managing vendor relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and attention to details (some purchases will be presented to Executive Committee and to the Board of Directors)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Experience with Procurement-related software (e.g., Ariba, Zycus) is an advantage
- Interest for IT related technology (e.g. AI, coding, automation) is an advantage.
- Fluency in written spoken English. French, German, Luxembourgish and other languages are a distinct advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-time, temporary (1 year) position based in Luxembourg
- Company car will be provided
- Flexibility may be needed with working hours
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
