**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern who will **report directly to the Head of Procurement Service Center** and will **closely collaborate with Procurement Service Center coordinators.**

**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, your mission will be to **reinforce the analysis for recurring work items** by collecting and following-up improvement actions through categories.

You will define the **reporting format for work items** (blocked invoices) and **communicate this format** to Procurement Service Center coordinators and specialists.
You will regularly **collect recurring work items reasons** and** improvement actions** by category in two dimensions: central/region.
Moreover, supporting in quantifying outcomes of improvement actions will be also under your responsibility.

On top of that, you will help in **communicating best practices** in work items' resolution and **defining procedure/manual** for work items resolution.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **educational background in Business or Economics.**

**Collaborative**, you are showing the ability to **synthetize data** with a** result-oriented approach.**
Morever, you are able to **communicate effectively **with different stakeholders.

Finally, you will bring your** proficiency in Microsoft Office** (Excel, PowerPoint) and your **fluency in English.**
