**About the Role**:
For our HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for a **Procurement Service Center Specialist**. The role has the objective of supporting Procurement Teams in administrative activities within defined Category strategy framework.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supplier registration and master data management
- Purchase orders creation and modifications
- Purchase requisition review
- Support for accounting issues and the invoicing flow
- Contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve issues related to the procurement middle-office activities flow
- Other procurement-related administrative activities
- Support in continuous improvement process

**Who we are looking for**:
PROFESIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience (not mandatory) in back-office/middle-office/administration/customer service/supplier support
- Reliable, details-oriented, accurate and results oriented
- Good ability to synthetize with pragmatic approach
- Analytical mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Problem solving approach
- Be proactive and take initiatives
- Flexibility and Good attitude in acting as a central pivot
- Autonomous (after dedicated training)
- Why approach: asking the status quo, challenging the current way of doing to solve root causes and avoid repeated issues
- Ability to prioritize and take decisions
- Interacting openly and comfortably with diverse stakeholders, anticipating, and balancing their needs.

IT SKILLS
- Proficiency in MS office skills (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus

LANGUAGES
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in other languages will be considered as a plus

EDUCATION
- Secondary education or accomplished apprenticeship
- University degree would be considered as advantage
