**We are seeking a Senior Recruiter for our Business Services team**
Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.
**What you will be working on**
The Senior Recruiter provides an absolutely pivotal role in our KPMG story. Working in partnership with the Hiring Managers, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great talents for our organization. As an experienced Recruiter, you will have ownership of attracting the very best talents for KPMG Luxembourg and discussing our people experience with them.
- Actively contribute to the development of our recruitment events as well as to the promotion of KPMG in European Campus in order to make KPMG the clear choice for the future graduates.
- Partner with the Hiring Managers in an effort to understand business needs and to develop and execute appropriate sourcing plans.
- Take part in our branding communication strategy by using the appropriate channels such as social networks, career websites, etc.
- Be involved in HR projects linked directly or indirectly to the talent attraction.
**What we look for**
- Has the ability to recruit all profiles related to Advisory, Audit, Tax and/or Support Functions, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Has good, positive attitude, energy and teamwork skills.
- Is fluent in English. German and/or French language skills are an asset but not mandatory.
- Has excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Is a team player and has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Would like to be part of a fun and growing team in a fast-paced environment.
