Summary: We are looking for an Intern - Delegate Risk Oversight who will assist the Manager in the management of ongoing and large-scale Delegate Oversight deliverables within the Waystone businesses, covering both AIFM and UCITS Management Company responsibilities. The role will oversee a range of international entities contracted by Waystone and help to ensure the ongoing regulatory compliance for all of these mandates and work in a supportive role within the team.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

What you will be doing:

- Evaluate the Risk Oversight contained in each product’s delegated service provider and escalate to the Manager as appropriate.
- Support implementation of internal operating controls (especially in relation to UCITS & AIFMD delegate monitoring and reporting).
- Liaise closely with the various internal teams, covering Operations, Compliance, Relationship and Investment Risk teams to evaluate the Risk Oversight of each delegate.
- Produce and deliver Risk Oversight-related products, through the oversight and management of source data, rectification of errors and generation of reports.
- Actively question methods and processes with the key to making the team more effective and efficient.
- Actively participate in meetings.
- Assist in the development, testing, implementation of software that contributes to the efficiency of the department.
- Foster positive team environment and ensure open communication.
