**About the Role**:
As a Senior Manager in the Insights function at Ferrero, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making through consumer & data-driven insights. You will lead a team of insights professionals, manage relationships with external research agencies, and collaborate closely with Brand development and Strategy&Innovation marketing teams to support mid-long term Kinder Brand management and Innovation worldwide.
The perimeter of the position involves the whole Kinder Range (Kinder Surprise, Kinder Chocolate, Kinder Bueno, etc ) in the snacks category, as well as the development of short
- & long-term innovation projects.
The range of projects to be managed covers the whole product lifecycle, from innovation testing, to mix validation, to in market monitoring & trend spotting.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 direct reports and oversee 2 additional resources.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive plans to gather market and consumer insights, which could span from product innovation to brand building/brand development initiatives.
- Collect and collate different sources of learnings to bring a clear, insightful and actionable picture on key business/marketing quests.
- Monitor & Drive Insights Budget.
- Manage relationships with external partners to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of insights.
- Collaborate with several internal stakeholders to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and insights provided to internal clients.
- Drive continuous improvement in approaches and processes.
**We are looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a position dealing with extensive consumer insights activities as base for Innovation development/qualification and/or brand development within a global multinational company (12+ years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
