**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an** intern who will be reporting directly to the CSU Manager of Africa Levante Region.**

**Main Responsibilities**:
There is an ever-present need to **deepen Consumer and Shopper Understanding across several key countries** (Israel, Morocco, Egypt, South Africa, Iraq).
CSU, as a function responsible for consumer and shopper understanding, is involved in **measuring business performance** (e.g. via retail audit and shopper panel where available, advertising tracking) and to an extent **innovation **(roll out, local tropical development, post-launch evaluation), **elevating the quality of our advertising**, and **providing foundational consumer and shopper insights.**

In this position, you will be able to **support the CSU professional manager in management of day-to-day consumer research projects** and **support in a day-to-day communication** in regards of the projects set-up and payment follow-up.
On top of that, you will **provide support in data extraction and consolidation for cross-category and cross-country analytics** and **provide insights by analyzing internal and external data sources**, **industry trends and competitor actions**.

**IT Skills**
- **Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package**, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- **Fluent in English.**
