ING Luxembourg, pour son service Customer Care, est à la recherche de stagiaires/alternants pour une durée de 6 mois minimum. Le stage doit être conventionné par une école.

Description de la fonction:
Le stagiaire sera impliqué dans le fonctionnement quotidien du service « Customer Care » et se verra confier entre autres les activités suivantes:

- Suivi administratif des dossiers de succession ;
- Participation au traitement des sommations à tiers détenteurs ;
- Participation au traitement et suivi des réclamations ;
- Contribution à l’amélioration des processus de la banque.
- Apport d’un support à l’équipe pour les tâches quotidiennes ;

Votre profil:
F_ormation et expérience_:

- Niveau minimum BAC+3/4 à orientation économie/droit ou finance ;
- Compétences_:

- Des connaissances juridiques sont un atout ;
- Aptitude d’analyse, capacité de jugement, esprit d’initiative et de créativité sont nécessaires pour assurer la bonne gestion des situations ou dossiers critiques ;
- Bonnes capacités de communication et de coordination ;
- Bonnes connaissances des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access,...)
- Langues_
- _ Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l’anglais _indispensables ;_
- _ La connaissance du luxembourgeois et/ou de l’allemand est considérée comme un atout._
