- Support the Legal Manager on specific projects; creation of structure charts, corporate database administration and related
statutory filings
- Work with external corporate administrator to ensure corporate governance of the Luxembourg legal entities in accordance with local requirements, including helping to arrange board meetings, tracking board minutes, updating corporate and statutory registers
- Collaborate closely with other teams both in Luxembourg, but also in Europe and the US
- Filing and archiving of documents
- Collecting KYC documents and maintaining complete and up to date KYC information in order to respond to KYC requests
Skills and personal attributes:
- Demonstrable organisational, problem solving skills, able to prioritise and work independently
- Rigorous, detail orientated, flexible, versatile and with good people skills and ability to work in a multi-discipline team
- Excellent knowledge of the standard IT & office tools (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Acrobat,
common office hardware (e.g. printing and scanning equipment); familiarity with Electronic Documents Management tools, electronic archiving, and reporting tools is an advantage.
Work Experience:
- Experience as legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm, corporate legal function, or service provider, is a distinctive
advantage.
