Investment Controller, Real Estate

We are currently working with a highly regarded multi-billion Investment Management firm looking for an Investment Controller to join their finance team in Luxembourg.
This an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to move into a controlling role with great exposure to the investment and asset management teams, get involved in various exciting projects, review valuations, deals proposals and board presentations.
Responsibilities include:
- Review accounting under IFRS and local GAAP for the allocated portfolio of various investment vehicles and entities
- Financial planning and reporting for entities across various global jurisdictions
- Controlling cash flows and CapEx
- Liaising with the asset and investment management teams
- Provide transaction support
Requirements include:
- Accounting degree/ qualification (ACCA/ CIMA) is desirable
- Extensive relevant experience in finance/ accounting in the real estate investment industry
- Experience in real estate funds
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and LUX GAAP, as well as consolidation
- English is essential; French or German is advantageous
*Valid work permit in Luxembourg is required*
