**Your role**
- Do you want to use your expertise and portfolio management knowledge to help us mitigating risks? Do you want to be a part of a growing business within a well-established management company?
- We’re looking for an Investment Control Officer to:
- assist the portfolio management oversight function for monitoring the portfolio managers, in order to comply with our control framework
- ensure and assess appropriate due diligence processes on the portfolio managers
- identify and assess new investment controls
- implement and review key performance indicators and monitor their performance and risks
- compile new regulation for updating the control framework
- coordinate the reporting to the relevant stakeholders with the team leader and the conducting officer
- support the improvement of our processes

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Portfolio Management Oversight team of UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. in Luxembourg. Our team is responsible for the oversight of numerous portfolio managers. As a control officer, you’ll play an important role in the real-time implementation and assessment of controls on the portfolio managers.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 3/5 years’ relevant experience in portfolio management or in consulting
- master’s degree or equivalent, with a focus on finance and ideally studying CFA or CAIA
- previous exposure to UCITS and AIFM regulations
- solution-oriented thinker with strong skills of communication and collaboration
- organized and focused
- proficient computer skills, including MS Office, VBA and Bloomberg
- fluent in English
