**Exciting Opportunity with a Prominent European Administration in Luxembourg**

Join our dynamic team as a **Content and Document Manager** and play a pivotal role in the heart of our operations. We are proud to represent a prestigious European administration based in Luxembourg and are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage document management systems for identification, recording, filing, storage, retention, and preservation of both paper and electronic documents.
- Provide helpdesk assistance to users for effective use and understanding of document management practices.
- Utilize tools such as SharePoint, M365, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe to support document management processes.

**Profil recherché**:
**Skills Required**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Archives, or Document Management.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an operational role within archives management and/or document management.

**Language, Computer, and Soft Skills**:

- Knowledge of French and English (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, level B2)
- Proven experience in record, information, or document management.
- Expertise in SharePoint, M365, and document management systems.
- Proficiency in standard software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe).
- Excellent knowledge of archiving practices and standards (ISO 15489).
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and integrity.
- Service-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, accurate, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong team spirit in a multicultural environment.
