We are happy to collaborate with our partner, a **small financial service provider **located in **Strassen** in Luxembourg. Even if the service provider is a **human-sized company**, the structure is happy to have a great network with a diversified portfolio. Indeed, the Partner is glad to deal with an **interesting portfolio** composed of SOPARFIs/Holdings, commercial companies, regulated/non regulated funds and securitization vehicles.

Happy clients is the most important for the service provider as the Partner does not want to develop the portfolio too quickly. She first wants to provide a **high quality-service** that allows clients to be satisfied. To be always efficient for its clients, the company is composed of **3 accountants**, each with a very good technical level.

Located in **modern offices** in a nice business centre, the service provider was created 3 years ago by a partner who would like to integrate a new Manager Accounting in her team. **Your Responsibilities **|** Accounting Manager - PFS - Service Provider**
- As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for a small team composed of 3 accountants.
- You will be in charge of reviewing and managing a diversified portfolio from **A to Z,** composed of international companies. You will be the first point of contact with your clients. This way, it will be easier for you to have all information that you need to be efficient.
- You will bemore than just an accountant. Indeed, you will be in charge of **business development** as you will be involved in integrating new clients in your portfolio, organizing work for your own team.
- You will be involved in recruitments and you will manage the office when the Partner is not present. You will have an important role in the service provider as you will be the right-hand (wo)man of the Partner.

**Profile and Career Path **|** Accounting Manager - PFS - Service Provider**
- You have minimum **5 years** of experience as an Accounting Manager or Assistant Accounting Manager in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg. This experience will be important to be quickly efficient in your new role.
- ** English is sufficient** for this position as all employees speak English. Moreover, it will be important as you will be lucky to deal with international clients.
- ** Organizational skills **will be important as you will have the responsibility to manage a team and find solutions when the service provider needs it.
- You are** proactive** and you do not hesitate to ask questions when you need to. If you are a **dynamic **person with ambition, it will be a real advantage for the company.
