**Summary**:
Our client, a specialized partner in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Advisory has an excellent opportunity in its** Fund Services Department.**

As **Fund Accounting Operations Manager, **you’ll be responsible for providing guidance and support to the **fund accounting & reporting team.** You will ensure seamless delivery of fund accounting and reporting activities, maintain the manual of procedures, improve the operational processes and be in charge of the preparation of multiple in-house and external reporting.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assistance to the fund accounting & reporting team in resolving accounting and reporting issues
- Maintenance of the fund administration procedures and improvement of operational processes
- Drafting and maintenance of operating memorandum for each client
- Preparation of periodic and various internal and external reporting
- Back-up of the members of the fund accounting team in their NAV calculation and other related activities (on an ad hoc basis)
- Co-ordination of the funds audit and follow-up of auditor requests
- Assistance in the preparation of financial statements of the funds
- Preparation of KPI for the management company and third party clients and monitoring of KPI for the tasks delegated to service providers
- Assistance in the completion of various reporting and questionnaires to the regulatory authorities
- Leadership and/or follow-up of projects relating to the fund accounting activities
- Control of investment restrictions and follow-up of breaches with the Fund Managers
- Participation in operational meetings

**Key requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing Income tax returns for Luxembourg Soparfi / Funds entities / WHT returns
- 3+Experience in Managing a team
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meat deadlines
- Fluency in English.

**Benefits**:

- 6-8 years accounting experience in a fund administration industry
- Experience with UCITS funds, PE knowledge is a plus
- In depth knowledge of fund accounting operations and technical skills + overall knowledge of the whole fund activity business;
