**HR Manager - Vos responsabilités**
- Établir et mettre en place le département des ressources humaines de notre société en expansion, en collaboration avec la direction.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques, des procédures et des pratiques RH conformes aux lois et règlements luxembourgeois.
- Gérer tous les aspects liés aux ressources humaines, notamment le recrutement, la sélection et l'intégration des employés.
- Veiller à la conformité en matière de paie, de sécurité sociale et d'autres obligations légales.
- Gestion complète du recrutement et coordination avec les équipes internes
- Coordonner la formation et le développement professionnel des employés.
- Gérer les évaluations de performance, les promotions, les contrats de travail, la gestion des salariés et les augmentations.
- Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux employés sur les questions relatives aux contrats de travail, aux politiques internes, aux procédures, etc.
- Gérer les relations avec les partenaires sociaux et les autorités compétentes.

**HR Manager - Votre profil**

- Diplôme universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines, droit du travail ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Une expérience préalable en tant que **Manager RH** durant des années est essentielle.
- Connaissance approfondie du droit du travail luxembourgeois et des réglementations en vigueur.
- Expérience dans une **fiduciaire ou un service provider** est fortement souhaitée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à interagir avec les différents départements.
- Capacité à travailler de manière **autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois**.
- Forte orientation vers les résultats et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes.
- Maîtrise du **français et de l'anglais**, la connaissance de toute autre langue serait un atout supplémentaire.
