Au sein du département Private Banking Investments, l'équipe Portfolio Management est constituée de spécialistes en charge de l'élaboration et du suivi de nos solutions d'investissement de nos portefeuilles en gestion discrétionnaire.
Depuis la signature des Principes d'Investissement Responsable des Nations Unies en 2017, la dimension ESG a pris une part croissante dans notre démarche d'investissement
En tant que Senior Portfolio Manager, votre mission sera de gérer les avoirs des clients en gestion discrétionnaire en veillant au respect de la stratégie d'investissement ainsi que du profil ESG et d'assurer la communication en interne et en externe.
En tant qu'expert:
- Vous assurez le suivi des solutions de gestion discrétionnaire en veillant au respect de la conformité par rapport à leur stratégie d'investissement et profil ESG.
- Vous communiquez de façon pertinente en interne et en externe afin d'informer les différentes contreparties des dernières actualités de la gestion sous mandat et fidéliser la clientèle en gestion discrétionnaire.
- Vous participez au développement de l'offre de la banque en matière d'investissement responsable afin de développer une offre compétitive et différenciante dans le strict respect du cadre réglementaire en vigueur.
- Vous participez à la définition de la stratégie d'investissement, aux décisions d'allocations au sein du comité d'investissement afin d'optimiser le couple rendement / risque et le positionnement ESG des différentes solutions de gestion.
- Vous contribuez à l'élaboration des rapports de gestion trimestriels destinés aux clients de la banque afin de présenter de manière claire et informée l'environnement macro-économique, les performances des marchés et de nos gestions ainsi que les mouvements opérés au sein des portefeuilles.
**Profil**:
Vous témoignez d'une expérience significative de minimum 7 ans dans le domaine des investissements financiers avec une affinité pour l'investissement socialement responsable et durable.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en économie, finance, ingénieur de gestion. Une certification en investissement responsable ainsi que la détention du CFA constituent un atout majeur.
- Vous manifestez un intérêt pour la finance durable et disposez d'une parfaite maîtrise et compréhension de l'environnement économique et financier.
- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, d'un esprit d'initiative et de rigueur, ainsi que d'une aisance en communication tant verbale que rédactionnelle qui vous permet de communiquer clairement et efficacement ;
- Vous faites preuve d'enthousiasme, êtes force de proposition et manifestez un esprit de collégialité.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.
