Ongoing Due Diligence Registration Transfer Agent - Internship

We are looking for a Registration Transfer Agent intern and happy to help students to take their mandatory internship with school agreement, share their fresh ideas and have working exposure with us to enhance their career in the Financial services industry.

Your Role

You will be helping performing ongoing AML (Anti Money Laundering) / KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews of the investor register in line with Lux regulatory requirements, accounts assessment, set up and static data maintenance.

Your Team

Your Responsibilities
- Ongoing due diligence on existing investors
- Ensure all accounts adhere to internal KYC and AML policy
- Review practices, monitor service levels and implement change where necessary
- Ensuring strict observance of internal rules and procedures
- Oversight of the static data maintenance performed on the register

Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree (Completed or in progress) - Financial or Business education would be an asset
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining calm, high accuracy and quality standards, and meet the deadlines
- A clear and precise methodological approach to problem-solving; organization skills; team-oriented, enthusiastic and flexible
- Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Additional EU languages such as German, Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian would be an added value
