Our Audit Practice is now looking for a forward-thinking and smart individual to oversee and coordinate communication between audit teams and clients.

Initially, this will be a hands-on position assisting in the daily coordination of tasks and deliverables between a large client and a large audit team. Ongoing, you'll lead the coordination and communication between a group of audit teams and finance teams at our clients, fulfilling business demands today and for the future.

We are seeking for outstanding, solution-oriented individuals that love to communicate, plan organize and coordinate.

As a German-speaking Audit Project Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, designing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of projects, and particularly client engagements.

The PM will ensure an efficient audit engagement process through continuous monitoring of work and delivery progress, following up outstanding work packages and coordinating between clients and engagement teams.

Regular and strong communication with clients and engagement team is also required.

Further, the PM will help to improve processes and policies in support of engagement team goals, formulates and supports implementation of departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and performance.

**As an Audit Project Manager, you will take part of the projects linked to**:
**Efficiency**
- Streamline policies and processes by identifying areas of improvement
- Improve efficiency across the audit teams
- Escalate to management

**Project Management**
- Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Collect needs and help stakeholders define their needs
- Coordinate internal resources, clients and other third parties for the proper execution of a project
- Propose best solutions to problems in order to achieve operational efficiency and alignment
- Ensure high quality of deliverables
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Identify technical solutions that facilitates the collaboration between clients and engagement teams and closely collaborate with the IT Project Managers to implement such a solution
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Properly plan and manage the change management process
- Define and execute communication plans and other change management related tasks PMO
- Maintain an overview of client engagements regarding governance, resource allocation, prioritisation, status
- Education requirements: Bachelor's degree
- Work experience requirements: 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong experience with project management and business processes.
- Experience in gathering and transforming project requirements into an actionable roadmap.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Growth mindset: you don't see problems; you see opportunities and are energized by coming up with multiple solutions to solve challenges.
- Team-player: understand how to navigate complex business and understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration
- Agile: you are pro-active, flexible and able to adapt quickly
- Fluent in German and English
