German Speaking Accountant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the accounting for two large institutional portfolios investing in real estate in Germany
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports in accordance with Lux GAAP
- Coordinate with property management teams
- Consolidate financial data for monthly reporting to clients
- Handle the accounting and taxation for Luxembourg-based companies with diverse legal structures
- Liaise with auditors for the portfolio's annual audit
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Luxembourg investment fund industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Lux GAAP
- Experience with real estate accounting and reporting is highly desirable
- Fluent in French, with proficiency in German for managing calls and communication with German-speaking stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
