**OVERALL PURPOSE**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Client Administrator to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in both corporate governance and client administration within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' corporate structures while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced international setting.
**WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**
The incumbent works within the client services area and reports to Head of Client Relationship Management, based in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
**PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIE**S
- Assist in the preparation and organization of board meetings, including drafting agendas, distributing meeting materials, and taking minutes.
- Maintain corporate records, including registers of shareholders, directors, and other statutory documents.
- Assist in the drafting and review of corporate governance documents, including resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with notaries, lawyers, auditors, and other third parties as necessary.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative matters to RM and Corporate Secretarial Team members.
- Assist with the incorporation and liquidation of companies, including the preparation of necessary documentation and coordination with relevant authorities.
- Handle the opening and administration of bank accounts, including KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance and ongoing due diligence.
- Support the Team in maintaining compliance with Luxembourg’s AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
- Responsible for the good standing of the clients’ data into our systems.
- Assistance/preparation of fee quotes.
**Qualifications And Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in Luxembourg.
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and regulatory environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
