We are looking for a skilled and motivated M365 Administrator to join our team and support our clients' M365 environments. As an M365 Administrator, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of M365-based modern workplace technologies and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' M365 environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients across various business areas and contribute to the success of our organization.

**Typical tasks will be**:

- Help drive the adoption of M365-based modern workplace technologies to enhance productivity and collaboration for our clients.
- Design, plan, develop, and implement solutions within the M365 portfolio of services, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Provide hands-on support for M365 services, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze information, define requirements, and evaluate potential solutions to meet clients' business needs.
- Provide expert advice and assistance, including technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, and best practices in M365.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards across clients' M365 tenants, including data protection and access control measures.
- Comply with the Agile methodology in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of clients' M365 tenants, including participating in sprints and scrum meetings as needed.
- Contribute to the design vision and other project-related documentation, including technical specifications, system diagrams, and user guides.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an M365 Administrator or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of M365 services and administration.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting M365 solutions to meet clients' business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management practices.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert would be a plus.
- Good command English and French.
