At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Helpdesk Operator to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Act as a first point of contact for all user IT and non-IT related requests and technical support issues
- Provide technical assistance to determine the nature of problems
- Logistical support with incoming mail and management of office supplies (ordering, distributing, stock-keeping)
- Help with management of office workspace
- Process reports from the incident management tool
- Provide maintenance and support needed to end users.
**Requirements**:
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or equivalent in professional experience
- Professional experience in an IT or facilities support team
- Experience in providing support to users;
- Ability to Facilities services by performing tasks as described above
- Ability to identify user's needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a multicultural environment
- Flexibility and capacity to act upon problems
- Strong Client orientation and communication skills in English, orally and in writing.
