CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Switchboard Operator, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg.

Your Missions

You handle multilingual incoming calls
You transfer calls to appropriate Directorates
You establish appropriate priorities for the various calls
You respect the SLA (Service-level agreement)

**Profile**:
You have at least 1 year of relevant professional experience
You have strong communication skills, clear speech and listening skills, and excellent customer service.
You are fluent in French and have at least an intermediate in English and German (another European language is nice to have)
You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment
You are detailed-oriented and have a good understanding of troubleshooting systems in communication.
