1) Nous avons développé un outil interne qui optimise/facilite la recherche de profils. Il s'agit d’un outil développé en PYTHON (Utilisant du Natural Language Processing, du Machine Learning et de l'IA générative pour la sélection de profils. (Scoring / Explicabilité).

Notre objectif est de faciliter la transition technologique pour nos clients tout en conservant leurs activités traditionnelles grâce à notre une activité en IA.

Nous avons donc une expertise en LLM, qui peut être appliquée à d'autres sujets de traitement automatisé de documents, ou d’analyse de sentiments ; et d’images ou de vidéos. (CNN/RNN/ Deep Learning/ SORA).
Les applicatifs sont variés (Documents bancaires ou d’assurance, médicaux, juridiques, factures et documents comptables, Images, Vidéos et Photos)

Le rôle

Il/elle est également responsable de la gestion des situations critiques en rétablissant le service dès que possible et en pilotant les processus ITIL.

Il/elle s'assure que les ressources appropriées sont mobilisées tout en fournissant des communications efficaces et opportunes aux clients et aux parties prenantes internes.

Le gestionnaire des processus et des incidents majeurs et des demandes travaille en collaboration avec tous les participants aux projets de développement et soutient les développeurs et les testeurs dans la configuration de leurs environnements de développement et de test. Si nécessaire, il/elle fournira des outils et des services pour aider les équipes de projet à gérer et déployer les mises en production en production.

Responsabilités

Concevoir, déployer et maintenir les processus ITIL.

Surveiller les performances des processus et rédiger des rapports.

Développer des initiatives pour des améliorations continues des processus.

Développer les meilleures pratiques pour les améliorations des processus.

Suivre et communiquer l'état des projets d'amélioration à la direction.

Coordonner avec les parties prenantes pour développer les exigences des processus.

Enregistrer correctement et avec précision tous les problèmes définis et les changements identifiés.

Organiser des audits internes et externes, des évaluations et coordonner la mise en oeuvre des recommandations.

Surveiller efficacement et suivre le cycle de vie des incidents P1/P2 grâce à l'exécution du processus de gestion des incidents.

Coordonner, faciliter et communiquer entre les équipes et les actifs pour résoudre les incidents majeurs et s'assurer que tous les SLA sont respectés.

Responsable de la documentation complète de la chronologie des incidents majeurs, y compris les communications de gestion des incidents et les rapports post-incident.

Escalader les risques et les problèmes à la direction/exécutifs.

Coordonner l'analyse des causes profondes des incidents P1/P2.

Mener des analyses et fournir des informations sur les tendances des incidents P1/P2 et majeurs.

Mener des projets ponctuels et continus selon les besoins.

Gérer les incidents majeurs en prenant les initiatives nécessaires pour diriger la résolution.

Surveiller efficacement et suivre le cycle de vie des demandes P1/P2 grâce à l'exécution du processus de gestion des demandes. Coordonner, faciliter et communiquer entre les équipes et les ressources pour résoudre les demandes prioritaires et s'assurer que tous les SLA sont respectés.

S'assurer que la cause profonde des problèmes est identifiée et documentée.
