Facing a constant growth SELECT Luxembourg has been mandated to recruit a Corporate Assistant (M/F).
**Job description**
This is a creation of position. You will be dedicated to the ExCo. Your tasks will be among others to:
- Organize board meetings;
- Draft agenda, correspondences, reports and Power Point presentations;
- Prepare board packs and related documentation;
- Minute taken;
- Interact with the ExCo;
- Remind tasks and deadlines;
- Be the first contact person with external stakeholders and clients;
- Insure administrative and organizational support to the Directors.
**Profile**
- You have a first relevant experience as Corporate Assistant, Paralegal Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a law firm or Big4;
- You speak English and French **fluently**;
- You are proactive, autonomous and a team player;
- You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);
- You are discreet.
**Offer**
