**Description**
Our client is seeking a Corporate Assistant (M/F). In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders throughout the organization and provide support for all company secretarial activities. You will work closely with notaries and banks, draft corporate documents, and maintain administrative records. Your responsibilities will include:
- You ensure that all company records and statutory registers are accurately maintained.
- You monitor regulatory deadlines to ensure compliance.
- You assist with the establishment of new company entities.
- You help gather signatures from board members, clearly explaining the documents and their significance.
- You offer administrative support during various transaction processes as needed.
