Day to day business:
- Review client documentation for account opening, changes, or closing and ensure compliance with bank directives and regulations;
- Verify completeness of relevant documentation based on client's situation;
- Update client information in the bank's core systems;
- Check accuracy of information entered by front office;
- Perform 4 eyes controls and internal audits;
- Provide quality customer service with timely feedback and answers to queries
Coordination and Central Point of Contact:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Client Documentation department and other key departments;
- Seek for process improvements and facilitate problem-solving;
- Create a trust-based and open team environment
**Profile**
**Education**:
- Master's degree in law or economics
- Certification in law or economics
- Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations (CDB16, OBA-FINMA)
- Proficiency in IT tools
**Experience**:
- 0-3 years, with first experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience in private banking is preferred
Languages:
Fluent in French and English
