BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) is part of BNP Paribas Group and is responsible for the process of managing and monitoring assets, on behalf of individual and corporate clients. BNPP AM offers funds and mandates towards his clients. These funds & mandates are managed by Portfolio Managers, who are based in the different locations across the globe.

As part of our activities, we are looking for a:
**Fund Legal Support Trainee**

**_ You must provide an internship agreement covering the entire period of the internship_**

As **Fund Legal Support,** you will help servicing and managing the legal and administrative aspects linked to funds. You will ensure that the range of funds comply with all necessary legal and administrative requirements.

Activities:

- Assisting the Head and the legal counsels and carrying out operational tasks (collect targeted legal information, collect and prepare legal documentation, review and update standard legal documentation)
- Review and improvement of the layout of the documents
- Managing transversal activities (update database, prepare and draft minutes of committees, provide administrative support for the organisation of presentations, meetings, trainings).

**Key responsibilities**:
**Administrative tasks**:
To take care of all administrative tasks linked to
- Corporate housekeeping (organization of board and general assembly meetings, signature of minutes and resolutions, preparation of documents, maintaining the list of authorised signatories and other corporate documents, trade registry filings)
- Layout of documents in word and pdf, concatenation of pdf documents
- Relations with the administrative bodies in Luxembourg (RCS, AED)
- Maintaining fund information in the Product database (Cosmos, FLOWR)
- Requesting, renewing, and cleaning the codes (ISIN, LEI, )

- **External**: Regulatory Authorities, Auditors, Directors.
**Role Requirements**:
**Essential qualifications & experience**:

- Bachelor in administration, law or finance
- First work experience could be an asset
- Strong interest in the banking and asset management world

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES (TECHNICAL / BEHAVIOURAL / LEADERSHIP)**
- Very fluent (spoken and written) in French and English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
