We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Accounting Assistant to assist our Client Accounting team in Luxembourg Fluency in English is required.

**Some of the things you will be doing**:

- Handling of internal and client invoices
- Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, local administration and liquidators
- Liaising with other CSC group companies
- Managing documents, files, and internal databases
- Sending and receiving documents for the company and clients
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
- Answering the phone
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
- Assisting in various daily operations

**What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?**
- 1-3 years of experience in International firM/Fiduciary / bank
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A team player in international environment
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible
- Excellent interpersonal, client and communication skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken is required. French or any other European language is an added advantage
