**About the role**

As Freight Forwarder, you compile your own shipments and coordinate the entire transport process from A-Z.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Receive and quote Air & Sea request.
- Providing daily service and contacts with customers and communication regarding Air/Sea freight shipments
- Creation of the shipment in your own Cargowise system
- Booking shipments with the various partners (air carriers, shipping companies) according to the agreements
- Responsibility for correct billing and data quality
- Detailed handling of data quality
- Error-free processing of information and data
- Following up work instructions using standard DSV procedures
- Contacts with internal operational departments and external suppliers
- Together with the team, strive for constant improvement, Growth and result improvement

**Are you the perfect fit?**
- You have already a few years of experience within Freight Forwarding (Air/Sea)
- Very good knowledge of ENG (FR & DE are a plus)
- Ability to communicate openly and confidently
- Ability to work within a team with diverse leadership and technical skills/ Problem solving skills
- Ability to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information
- Hands-on mentality. Customer focused mindset, willingness to learn and grow
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Cargowise is an asset)
