**Responsabilités**:

- Participer au développement et à la réalisation de la roadmap technique et technologique de la Banque pour les volets ‘Create’ et ‘Run’
- Projets à mener:

- _Planifier, organiser et piloter de manière pragmatique et impliquée l’amélioration de la résilience et de la continuité des actifs infrastructure sur nos data centers (DRP )_
- _Planifier, organiser, participer de manière pro-active à la gestion de l’obsolescence, l’upgrade des operating systems dans un milieu bancaire_
- _Animer et participer à l’amélioration continue du monitoring et des processus associés_
- Assurer le cadrage des projets notamment via la définition d’un plan projet, d’un budget et d’un engagement des stakeholders
- Être le garant du suivi/pilotage/reporting des projets selon la méthodologie suivie par la Banque et contribuer à l’animation des comités adhoc et des meetings de coordination le cas échéant
- Traduire les caractéristiques de la roadmap technique/ des projets en requirements techniques, user stories et critères d’acceptance
- Mener des analyses fonctionnelles et techniques avec les stakeholders
- Créer et maintenir un Backlog définissant la priorité des fonctionnalités/requirements attendus
- Dans le cadre des projets/du Run, planifier et assigner le Backlog aux membres de l’équipe selon le mode de fonctionnement prescrit et en assurer le suivi et la bonne exécution
- Développer et maintenir un contrôle et des indicateurs appropriés
- Maintenir des bonnes relations avec les stakeholders et les clients dans toute l'organisation afin de garantir l’adéquation des livrables avec la stratégie de la Banque

**Profil souhaité**:

- Titulaire d´un BAC+5 en Informatique avec une forte appétence pour l’innovation et ses aspects technologiques
- Expérience d´au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire, le fait d’avoir également occupé un rôle d’architecte infrastructure étant un atout
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de l’infrastructure (systèmes Windows et Linux, OpenShift, Storage, Backup, Database, Network, Virtualisation, Hardware Serveur et Hyperconvergé)
- Expérience en gestion de projet et connaissances de méthodologies (PMI, SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFE...)
- Sens des responsabilités, proactivité et flexibilité
- Capacité d’organisation, de communication, de planification et rigueur
- Être autonome et polyvalent
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement évolutif et à réagir dans le respect les délais
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, la connaissance du luxembourgeois constitue un atout
